  Prepare for Collection

  Ensure the furniture is disassembled and repacked in its original packaging to prevent any damage during the transit back to our warehouse.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Our logistics team will coordinate a convenient date to collect the items directly from your home, subject to a standard collection fee.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once the items arrive at our facility and pass a quality inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
